Devlog: Ritual 4 Playtesting and Tweaking
Ritual 4 has entered the playtesting and tweaking phase. I've also completed the help screen and character intro text as well. All that's left is to get this thing into a playable/winnable state. The dialogue is being finalized too, and last bits of polish are being added here and there across it all.
Also I have made the following change to the game (which will be deployed along Ritual 4): For those who have never played, or are playing on a new device for the first time, Casual Mode and Colored Runes are now enabled by default. They can still be changed anytime in settings of course.
This is to address the number one and two issues people were having with RitualBound. It was never my intention to make the game so difficult, but without general feedback, I wasn't quite sure of how hard it really was. It's even hard for me on the default settings. So hopefully this will let more people try the game and get further in it.
