Devlog: Final character art added to game, now programming

I took a few days last week to tweak the numbers for the first ritual, and get that published.

After that, I got all the final character's art imported into the game, and began the process of programming it all together. I also got the simple animation working as well, I think it looks ok enough.

Turns out trying to rotate any part of the sprite produces very strange distortion, since the game's resolution is very low. So I had to cut out all rotations, and stick to simple up/down/left/right movement.

I think the next version of this game, and any other one I make, I will set the game to a higher resolution, then just scale the graphics up, so it still looks like pixel art. That'll cut down on the distortion...

So the final character is in, and the programming is going well so far. After its programmed, I was going to work on the in game art viewer for that character. I am still working out how the final ritual is going to work. I've had an idea for a while, but now that it's time to actually program it, there's some issues popping up. More live and learn moments.

I did update the roadmap as well. Being really sick back in July set me back about 3 weeks.
