Devlog: Sounds and bio done for final character, on to in game art viewer
So I had found some sounds for the final character, and tried adding in some effects on them, but I wasn't very happy with the result. Luckily, I think the sounds will work OK as is. It would be wonderful if I could get a voice actor or sound effects person at some point, but if that's ever gonna happen, it'll be down the road.
So now that sounds are programmed in, I'm going to go ahead and build the art viewer for this character. I suspect that will be done this week, and if not, then it will be very close to done.
After that, I also need to get the illustration rewards done for this character. I'd still like to get some additional rewards made for the existing characters, and I will try, schedule of the artist permitting.
I can also program in the biography, since that's as done as I can get it until the ritual is complete. Usually the mechanics of the ritual end up factoring into the biography somehow.
I am currently mulling over how to handle the last ritual. My initial plans worked for it well, until I started adding in stats, and the concept of the demons being aware of replays. That's part of the difficulty in planning it now, but I'll come up with something, I'm sure.
